When contacting us through phone or in-person discussions, you may provide a name, phone number, contact details, survey or installation address, window dimensions, room photos and product requirements. Share only what is needed; avoid unrelated identity documents, passwords, payment-card details or private images.
Purposes and scope
Information is used to respond, advise on samples, prepare quotations, discuss survey, delivery or installation arrangements, and handle support you request after a transaction. Browsing is not treated as consent to advertising messages. Other purposes require notice and consent where required by law.
Infrastructure and recipients

Infrastructure logs follow the provider’s retention configuration. Access should be limited to people who need it for the work; no transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure.
